My kids are spending ages doing this at the moment: playing with stones.
The stones came out of the bottom of a now-defunct fish tank (RIP fishies) and have been thoroughly washed. Now they get moved from vessel to vessel with a concentration usually saved for sweet treats.
Also, as always, anything that moves or has wings is also a big hit and worthy of concentration:
Tilly and Mum and I hung out with this ladybird at the beach...
But if you're visiting a farm, which we did on the weekend, the most fun thing to play with (if you are 4) is of course, the cows...
A little blurry as they were nanoseconds from bolting as Henry ran towards them bellowing HELLO COWS!!
And yes, cows living with a really crap view...
painful, right?
